How up to date are the reports?
Each investigation is carried out on the date of your order and relies on the information available and verifiable at that time.
What are your delivery times?
Flash: 2 business days. Express: 5 business days. Standard: 8 business days.
Which sources do you use?
Official registers, legal notices, financial and legal documents, company publications, sector sources, desk research, OSINT, direct contacts and local checks.
In which languages are reports available?
French and English.
Do you provide credit recommendations?
When the assignment includes it, the report gives a solvency summary, an internal rating and a recommended trade credit limit.
What if you cannot find the company?
If our first searches return no usable information, we email you for additional identification details. If the company still cannot be found, you are not charged for the report.
How do you charge?
Per report, or through a framework agreement set up with you, depending on your volume and needs.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer only. We accept payment in any currency.
Is my request confidential?
Yes. Client requests and the exchanges carried out during investigations are handled confidentially as part of the B2B service.
